How we make it
The finest British beef Our circle is small enough to know each supplier personally. That's how we like it.
Marinaded by hand Paul can still be found getting his hands dirty in the marinading room every week. Always will be.
Authentic spices The classic salt, pepper and coriander, with spices imported directly from South Africa.
Air dried for days We spend days drying that beef to perfection, then slice it ready for eating.
